It is located in Passeig de Gracia 109, where the premises to be reformed are located, it is a building consisting of a ground floor with a mezzanine, four floors above ground, covered, and a ground floor. It has a facade on its five sides and the main access through the chamfer is located at the intersection of Passeig de Gracia and Avenida
Diagonal.
The main use of this volume is commercial, and the reform project takes place inside a premises without specific use that includes the ground floors, loft, 1st floor, 2nd floor, roof, and basement -1.
The project proposes an interior reform for the implementation of a corporate headquarters. The activity will be the exhibition of vehicles, events, a bar-restaurant, and offices closed to the public, in a place without specific use.
This new activity is fully compatible with the existing building, and its structure and volume allow the adaptation of the distribution of the functional program.
The reform does not modify any volumetric characteristics, since it does not intervene in the building envelope; It only works inside a premises in order to adapt it to the commercial needs of the establishment of a corporate headquarters with offices and commercial activity.
